My kids (ages 7-14) have trained here for the last two years and we love everything about it. Coaches Jaymin and Liz are excellent practitioners and teachers, and on top of skill-building encourage the kids to grow in respect and discipline. It looked like so much fun that I joined myself and I'm glad I did! Great gym, everyone is friendly and supportive. Keep it up!

This is my favorite place in the world. The owners/ coaches Jaymin and Liz are amazing people who genuinely care about their students and community. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
Great training environment, as a visitor to the area I felt welcomed by everyone the moment I walked in the door. Jaymin brings great enthusiasm to his instruction and takes the time to help with the little details that are so critical. Would highly recommend this gym.
